Oat flakes patties

Préparation

  1. Pour the oat flakes and the plain soy drink no added sugar in a mixing bowl

  2. Mix and let the flakes rehydrate for 5 minutes, then add 2 beaten eggs

  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the shallots Following the direction of their fibers

  4. Pour the olive oil into a non-stick frying pan, slowly heat it up and add the shallots with a few pinches of salt

  5. Sweat the shallots for 5 minutes, stirring often until lightly browned. Then add them to the oat flakes

  6. Add the grated zucchini without peeling it beforehand, the chopped garlic clove and chopped basil

  7. Mix and add salt if necessary

  8. Roast the squash seeds in a dry frying pan for 10 minutes, stirring often until they burst (they should not burn)

  9. Cut the melon into thin slices

  10. To cook the patties, pour a drizzle of olive oil into a non-stick frying pan and put 2 spoons of dough to shape each patty

  11. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes on each side and enjoy with melon slices, raw ham and squash seeds
