Tofu, olives and sundried tomatoes cake

Préparation

  1. Pour the flour with baking soda in a mixing bowl

  2. Make a well in the centre and put the egg yolks, plain soy milk no added sugar, olive oil and the necessary amount of salt.

  3. Mix until you get a smooth paste and add the crumbled tofu, chopped garlic, minced basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes and olives cut into small pieces.

  4. Add the beaten egg whites you made beforehand and pour the dough into a loaf pan.

  5. Cook for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
